Launchpad
The easiest path from a GTM idea to a scored, submittable workspace — no API required.
What Launchpad is
Launchpad is the GTM idea workspace at /dashboard/launchpad. You capture a title (and optional URL), optionally autofill from the page, then Convert to Reality. Conversion turns the draft into product objects you keep shipping against, and XP updates as you complete checklist actions in the dashboard.
| Step | What you get |
|---|---|
| Create idea | A draft with title, URL, mission, vision, goal, audience, and segments. |
| Autofill from URL | AI drafts the fields from a landing page (uses enrichment credits). |
| Convert to Reality | Creates a brand, two campaigns, two single-send drafts, and three social posts, then opens the XP checklist. |
| Ship the checklist | Accounts, leads, campaigns, and more — each distinct action in the product earns XP. |
| Submit | One application per organization, tied to a converted Launchpad idea. |
Why it matters in a hackathon
- Leaderboards rank organizations by Launchpad XP earned inside the live window — not individuals.
- Convert early so checklist actions attach to a real idea instead of sitting in a draft.
- Stay in an organization workspace — personal-only accounts cannot submit.
- When you are ready to automate intent ingest, use Signal APIs.
How to use it
- Open /dashboard/launchpad in an organization workspace.
- Create an idea (title required; URL optional).
- Optionally autofill from the URL, then Convert to Reality.
- Keep the converted idea checklist open while you work — XP updates as you go.
- When the hackathon is live with a submission form, open the idea → Submit to hackathon.
